I can connect and download from the xbox just fine, but when I try to upload the default.xbe, and evox.ini, it acts like it is going to start uploading, then it just speeds thru the process and the file ends up on the xbox, but it is 0kb in size. Any suggestions.

some ftp programs dont work well with the xbox ,
ive had that happened to me before ,
first of all use smartftp or flashfxp for your ftp needs ,
if it happens again , reboot xbox and the ftp software you are using and try again

Just for the record, what FTP program are you using on your PC? FlashFXP seems to be the most popular with Xboxers and there's probably a reason for it!
I know some of the earlier X3 BIOS were having FTP problems. You could always try a different BIOS and see if it makes a difference. Why not fill out your signature and then we'll know what Xbox system(s) you have! _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room
