alright here is mmy situation ...
I have a softmoded xbox with a 250gb hard drive which is full of games..
I want to change the hard drive and put in a 750GB because I got one very cheaply.
Nopw i verified and the 750gb is compatible with no problem...
My question is how do I change the 250 for a 750 and I want to keep all my games...
Please a detailed explanation Im not too too advanced in this... thanks a lot !
It's very simple and easy to follow. Let me know if you need some help. All you need is your new HDD and a Y-splitter Molex adapter. _________________

Wow this is an amazinig tutorial and it sounds very easy ....
I'm guessing that if I have an opened computer next to the xbox I can use one of the power hook up from the computer instead of the splitter you were talking about ! there is only one problem though .. where do I get CHIMP ... thanks

Do you have access to an AID disc? If so, then just re-install Chimp from it and it should be fixed. Probably just an old version or missing a file somewhere. If you don't have it, get the newest version of AID from the link I included. V4.21 is the newest update, but 4.20 will work just fine. I would go with the y-splitter because you need to have them both plugged up to the XBOX at the same time in order for the file transfers to work. Maybe not, but that's what I'm thinking. I'm including a link to talk to FinalCloud. He wrote the tutorial and he can asnwer any of your questions.
Just send Final a PM if you have any questions about CHIMP. _________________

Yeah I should have remembered. I have enough to keep up with in my life right now and he already said it was softmodded. Read the details. Even still Darth, the tutorial for Chimp has a link to the 1.6 guide. No big deal at all. Why point fingers, when you can just pick up where I left off? _________________

I can't stress enough that you need to contact Final Cloud. He wrote the tut, so he should know it front and back. Find him and tell him what's going on. He will help you if it means giving a full walkthrough. He's a great guy for this stuff. _________________
