I am about to have a xbox as a media center. But before final decision, I need to be sure about its performance. Does anybody have experience with xbox and PS2 as media center? Can you compare these two items?

I know that xbox is made of much better componenets than ps2. The xbox is very nicely made with good parts and its almost seem that the ps2 was just thrown together as far as hardware goes. Don't know if this helps but I would consider the hardware before ever looking at the software it can run.
