Please help! I used sid 5.0 to softmod my xbox. I tried to change the ambient sound in unleashx by ftping a wav file to the right folder then renaming it the default ambient sound. I did the same with the select sound. I rebooted my xbox and it would not run the unleashx. It turned on but then just stayed dark. I had to reboot with the AID disk in to get unleashx up and then I had to go in and delete the wav files I had installed.
I cannot find anything on this subject, what is going on? I just want a different background sound. Thank you!

Thanks man, but it doesn't show me how to put my own wav files. I tried my own and it freezes my xbox.

Just ftp the wmv files to the xbox and in a folder with a name like sounds and use the sound editer in unleash to set them up.
Thats what the video shows but you will ftp in the sounds not pull them from aid.
