Just want to thank everyone on AID for their postings. I just successfully installed a WD 500 gig with a SID mod and used AID to get the large hdd support. It IS possible to softmod the entire process without editing the hex and even after losing the eeprom. You guys are unreal, I'll be around for awhile, thanks...

Nice man glad to see it and you got to love that aid sid set DJB has some mad programming skills going on.
Sounds like we got one more guy saved from the dark presence of X-S.

it might be wise to re format the F partition using xbpartitioner and use 32k clusters to avoid partition/data corruption in the future

Most of the cases i hear about it happens around the time it gets 3/4 full but it can kick in right away.
How long you been running it now , and how full is it?
