I've got the files I need to install Krazies Softmod, but My AR isn't working. The AR program won't detect the card, but the computer and xbox will.
I can move the files directly to the memory card, but then I have to format it beforehand. When I put the card in the xbox, it erases the data and reformats it; is there any way to get the files on the xbox with the memory card?

First up the ar cards are crap so might want to try a stock xbox memm card or a mad catz card.
What format are the save files in?

Well, they're .xbx, but my AR is screwed up, and it's possibly the card. I just need another way to get it to work.

You mean .xbe and thare is no other way unless you get a stock or madcatz card, or use a controller cord and hook a female usb port on the end and use a flash drive as a memm card.
The windows file system (fat32 or ntfs) and the XBox file system (fatx) are incompatible, hence the reformating.
Do u have a friend with a modded XBox ? ...... if so, FTP your krayzie exploit gamesaves into the Udata folder on his `E` drive, insert your memory card, then transfer the gamesaves to it. Then plug memory device into your xbox and you're good to go.
Another, more radical way would be to download a desktop linux distro, the live CD version (DSL will suffice, its probably the smallest distro to download), boot up your PC & let linux run. Format the memory card with the XBox (fatx), insert it into the PC. Use linux to browse your windows partition, finding the Krayzie softmod saves, then transfer them to your memory device. This should work because linux won't discriminate between file systems _________________

I think I'm just an idiot...
I have no idea how to download from FTP pages, when I click the option to view in Windows Explorer, it says that it doesnt accept anonymous logins, and no matter what email I put in, it doesnt let me view it.

Ok, I've got the .iso downloaded... but the only thing that it will open in is Sonic RecordNow!, so I cant do anything with it... are there any programs I can use to execute the program...
I probably seem like an idiot right now, but my CPU is screwed up, and I get a new one on the 24th.

Hopefully this is my last question.
How do you make the computer boot from a CD?
