well as the title says i was wonderin if there is anyway to upgrade the hdd in my xbox without havin a wireless network or a way to ftp files....Thanks for replying and im hopin someone can help me bc i have spent a lot of time tryin to find this out from google and cant find nothing....

Your gonna need ftp to transfer all your stuff to your hdd. You dont need wireless to do it. Xbox networking tutorial --> http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-204.html

ohh ok i didnt know that....buttt....i dont have a router either i only have a dsl box which has only one ethernet port on it....umm im guessing im tough outa luck without a router huh....

no.... you need a crossover cable so you can directly connect with your pc.

Or maybe check out Chimp.... I dont know if you need to ftp or not cause i use xboxhdm but its worth checking out. Cloud swears by it and has a tutorial in his signiture.

hey guy i got my xbox files on my pc i had a friend ftp them and then email then to me....so now im just lookin to get them on a disc and a new hdd and get this goin....thanks for the comments though....

your profile says you have X3CE. you should be able to boot a hacked bios and load AID and upgrade the HDD that way
