I'm very confused. Just installed a new Maxtor 40gb 7200rpm HD. I have the Xenium Ice chip installed. I read the tutorial which said to back up folders C and E did onto my PC did that. Follwed tutorial installed the HD power it on and the XENIUM screen came on. I formatted all the files under disk tool, format partition, I formatted C,E,F,X,Y,Z. I then went to the launch menu and deleted my original XBOX file and the Evox one I made. I then inserted the EVOX dashboard autoinstaller and it just took me back to the Xenium screen. I'm lost with what to do all I have are the EVOX dashboard autoinstaller and the BIOS CD pack autoinstaller please help. I still have my old original xbox HD with EVOX dashboard 3935 installed.

Hey bud, since you are a VIP member you can make this a heck of a lot easier. Granted the Xenium Ice has killer tools for formatting and such, but you don't have to go through all of that.
Just download our autoinstaller and let it do all of the work for you.
It will format your HD, prepare it, and install your dashboard and applications.
Just burn the AI to media that your xbox will read and go to town. There is even a PDF manual with decent instructions on how to use the AI, but it's very straight forward.

i flashed the bios and then tried to load up evox. It loads up with the evox sign but then i get a warning screen with the number 13 _________________ _________________

ok i figured out after i flashed the bios I powered down then i started it back up put in the evox autoinstaller loaded it up and the right screen came up but where do i go from here start at format/prepare HD and work my way down, until i have installed all the applications? _________________ _________________

yeah, first you format your HD according to it's size.
Then you PREPARE the HD.
Then, install your dashboards, both evox and MS to your C drive.
Then install your applications.
Then lock your HD
Then install DVD Region Free...you will need to reboot after that.
Let me know if you get joy the first time around...
