Ok so i now that i have my 40 gig in my xbox i want to add some stuff....as of right now just some skins....so i went to system and skins and you can press "Y" to download skins.....so i press that and i can pick from 2 diff website the first one it says http error and nothing comes up and the second one i select it and it says opening and after that goes away there are no skins or anything its just blank so i cant choose any to download....can anyone help me?

the updater can be weird. Download AID and it has a bunch of skins for every dash in it. The skins are add-on packs. _________________

should i just download to my hdd?.....or just re-install unleashx from it?ohh i forgot i have AID Lite....are you talkn bout the full AID?

haha yeah....thats part of the problem i dont have a router so i cant ftp.....but if theres no other way thats cool i can just deal with it until i get one.....thanks for the quick responses though....

Down load the skins to the pc conect the xbox to the pc with a cross over cable and ftp it you wont need a router.

He was saying he cant hook up the pc and the xbox at the same time with out a router but if he puts them on the pc then hooks the xbox to the pc he can ftp the skins like that.
I guess he unhooks the pc when he wants the xbox online.

lol well thanks for the comments....and to clear thinks up a lil....yes to have my xbox online i need to take my comp offline....it sucks but can get a router right now....and thank you for the link to the crossover cable ill deff check it out....ok so i googled the rj45 crossover cable and i found on a website for like $2.79 plus shipping....not bad at all....thanks for the tip

When i first got xbox live i used to have to switch the cable between the xbox and the comp in the moden. It was a huge hassle to always have to do that. _________________
