The Vantec TD8038H is a 80 x 80 x 38 mm dual ball bearing fan, that spins at 5700RPM while generating 84.1CFM and 55.2dBA
I had to cut away parts of the HDD and DVD holders, cut the backside of the RF shielding and XB, trim the fan a little and remove the fan holding tabs..... Tied in the power to the Mobo to control it from UX.... 1.0x fan speed the fan is average noise level and keeps my XB at around 115F idle to 118 busy.... 5.0x fan speed sounds like a jet engine running and keeps the XB 105F idle and 107F busy..........

Wow thats fat whats the temps running at now.
An are you running it full speed?
If you used photobucket thares a size edit on thare i find the message board size works grate full detail with out running the pic off the page side.
