Somebady plz help me This Morning My Xbox Crapped Out on me . My Main Dash was Evox And When I started It It only Showed Me Everthing Under Applications.(Excluding Applications).I could'nt Get to Anything. So I restarted My Xbox With The Disk Drive Open And I got to My Softmod Installer. I read wat Items they had on the list And 1 of them said restore dash so I thought that it should work but I did'nt. It made It Always Go to the default Xbox Screen. I think I Uninstalled My Xbox Can Somebody help Me. I Also Can't Get A connection With my Xbox Again.

You cant ftp to a stock xbox. By reinstalling your MS dash, you basicly removed your softmod. As long as you arnt getting any crazy errors or anything, just reinstall the softmod. I highly recomend going with unleash x thistime though. Unlike Evox, Unleash x is still getting support and theres a new version out. _________________

k But MOst the tut Say I need to use A Cd But thats A Problem My Xbox's Cd Drive Is Not The Good And It freeze and Does'nt load Is there another way to reinstall my softmod

You dont need a cd.... All you would need is SID. Since your xbox boots to SID when you start it with the tray open, I take it your using an older version. Theres a torrent link for SID in the downloads sectiopn. If you dont use torrents or dont know how to just send me a pm and I can either send it to you with Yahoo, MSN, or AIM messanger. SID also comes with a really nice manual. _________________

Ok... So you got the box allready modded. Thats kinda what I figured. An action replay is a device that allows you to connect a memory card to your pc using a usb port. Check your gamesaves to see if theres one called run linux in either mechassault, splinter cell, or 007 agent under fire. If the files are there then you have no need for an action replay. _________________

What you need to do is either make your own action replay, or buy one for like 10-20 bucks. Also your gonna need to get the correct version of the game you are going to use to mod it. Creat your own action replay--> http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Mods/access_xbox_memory_card.htm
Instead of using a controller port, I used an extra controller breakaway connector and used the end that plugs into the controller. With that, you can connect a controller to your pc and useing a memory card and the action replay software, you can transfer the gamesave. _________________
