If your having that problems it means the LPC isn't soldered on good enough, either the rebuild or the pinheader on the rebuild isn't. _________________

after reading Darths post i took another look at my install
i made the mistake of offering up the lpc rebuild to the mobo then soldering, then installing pin header. As i mentioned earlier, the lpc was a poor fit. what ive now done is install the pin header to the mobo, with a small amount of solder, THEN install the lpc rebuild, this ensures conductivity, mine must of been a bit hit & miss at times _________________
