Hello this was my first time that i installed aid 3.0 specificly , now i know it might be a bit old since the 4.0 has come out but i really need help cz i think i blew up my xbox!!
U SEE I have a modded xbox i thing hardware mod (not soft) and i installed aid i installed all its features and they almost all work until...
i wanted 2 try the dual boot thingy so i stating messing around in bioses and stuff (that i had no i dea about) and i choosed to install a bios on the hard disk (yet again i think) and u get the option of bios #1 and bios#2(i m sure u all have seen it) so long stoy short now everytime i turn on my xbox it starts then it comes up 2 a screen where u see the blue x then u should see the writting microsoft under it or aid 3.0 but instead i see under the x "linux" with a weird looking i , and the xbox starts flashing green red and orange . plzzzz help plz help plz help

first off, noone here will call you stupid even if they think you are. this is a pretty noob-friendly forum with a bunch of folks eager to help out.
if you dont have too many important files that you want to hang on to, i would just recommend reflashing your chip and re-installing aid.

check the team executer web site for tuts on flashing the X3 chip. The easiest way is via HTTP (the built in webserver)

ok! i visited the link suplies and i didn t get mush support there ! cz it takes time to activate ur account ! to post threads and stuff ! so i have a little question .... how do i get to the BIOS screen cz i ve seen lots of tutorials and all of them start from the BIOS screen ! and i don t know how to get there :S

Sure fire way is to locate where the D0 point is. That tells every xbox. Then you can check the heatsinks if you want, if you have a fan on a heatsink, then it's v1.0 or 1.1.
Personally, I'd reformat it and use it the way it previously worked because it doesn't seem to be working now.
