can some one help me
been given a chipped xbox. there is a chip underthe 1 and 2 port for the controlers but when you go to boot the xbox up they the light stays red all the time, i have seen the xbox working when the light is either green or amber.
is there a problem with the chip

Now im kinda confused here. Are you saying the xbox doesn't work when the chip is on? If your asking if the LED (or light) is red then the last guy probably used xbtool to make it that way. Its normal if the box works... _________________

Does any dashboard at all come up when you turn it on and get the red light?
