Well let me tell you everything Im working with, My xbox version is 1.1, I put a 300 GIG seagate in my xbox, I used SID 4 Installer along with auto-installer deluxe v3, using the splinter cell game. I use Evolution X as my dash. Now when I copy games to the hard drive some wont work. They will get to the press the start button screen then freeze or just black screen on me. Some examples, Mortal Kombat shaolin monks loads fine as well does all the need for speeds, spider man 2, halo, scarface, all work fine but none of the call of duties will work, nor mortal kombat armageddon or desception etc....Not only will they not work off the hard drive they wont even work if I put the actual cd in. However if I put the original harddrive back in all games will work. If anyone knows how I can fix this please help me ive been trying to figure this out for months, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try upgrading to SID 4.5. If I recall, that was one of the bugs.

How am I supposed to get it on the xbox or a usb flash drive if when u insert the flash drive in the xbox it formats it to its format and when ya put it in a computer it formats it to fat??? Whats the best way to get it on there to install?

Clear the cache on the new drive. Clear the X, Y, and Z drives and E:\Cache (not in front of an xbox, but pretty sure its E:\Cache). Try your games again.

well updating didnt do the trick games still wont load. I guess I will tryin clearing the cache.

Just go into your file explorer, open the folder called cache, and depete all the files you see in there.
