I have been running unleashed for about two months now and I am starting to get problems. I used a softmod with crazy exploit and ndure soft mod to mod the box. I am running the version of unleashed that came with the exploit. I used mech assult and action replay to place the exploit on my box. I am having trouble doing ftp using flash ftp and a cross over cable. I am running xp on my computer and have the correct port # and ip addresses for both my comp and box. Also my box is set to static. What am I doing wrong? I need advice maybe a better walk through. Also, I don't know if this is allowed but I am having trouble with the copy function of my box, i am getting error code 112 every time i try to copy a disk. Whats up? It worked before but now it won't. I'm not that new to modding but i am always looking for help and advice. If you need more info on my box or what version it is just let me know and I can probably figure it out for you. _________________ RastaCalavera

for the copy function you need DVD2XBOX, Get a copy of AID3.10 which has everything you will ever need on it, and that program is on there. im not much of a network guy.. _________________ (2) XBOX v1.4:

I don't know what ping the ip means but I have the correct ip numbers to use both for the box and the comp it is just when i try to use the flash ftp it never connects. I have been thinking about doing a different soft mod to the box with a new dash board. Know of anyonther soft mods that I could pick up? I dont think it is the dash or the softmod because all I use is UnleashX and I never have a problem with FlashFXP. What did you set the IP to on your PC and what is it on the Xbox?

Ok so here is more about the box I am using my comp. id is 192.168.0.3 and box is192.168.0.4 subnet is 255.255.255.0 and xbox is in static I have gone into flash ftp and put in the correct info but for some reason it just won't connect!!! As for what version my box is I think it is a 1.5 because the softmod worked and they usually don't work on later versions right? Anyway any more help you guys could give would be great. Also I am getting more into open software and what not. I am wondering if any of you are running a version of linux and are able to ftp to you box with that? I have a few different boot disks of linux programs and am trying to decide if I should stay windows or goto open software. One more thing...if it takes me awhile to get back on these forums it is because my internet is crappy dial up. _________________ RastaCalavera
