Ok this is my first post on here. I just wanted to say thanks to a person who had upgraded my xbox several months ago. So I was playing on xbox live last night and all of a sudden I couldn't load any maps at all, on live or locally I tried shutting off my xbox and turning it on again with no avail. So I got a hold of the person who did my xbox and called him (He was nice enough to give me his personal phone number a few days ago when I emailed a question to him) Anyways , he stayed on the phone with me for a good while trying to figure out why I couldn't load maps. Now he didn't have to do that at all. He could have easily just said " Well if u bring it by i'll take a look at it" or "I can charge you and figure it out" ETC... but no, he chose to stand behind his work and help out the people he did work for. So with that, Thank You again ! I am going to send anybody that wants to get work done to theirs to you. Also I plan on in the future to have my other xbox's (yes i have two broken ones, long story )worked on by you also. You do outstanding work and tonight just proved it! Thanks John!
