i just recently upgraded my HDD using my PC and it works fine except when i play certain games like mainly call of duty 3 and midnight club3 remix it will start up but when i get to the parts where you push start it freezes at the begining of the game at menu and i even tryied the disc itself and still notheing can so one plz help thanks

Try clearing out your cashe files.
You'll find them in:
e:\cashe
x:
y:
