This is my second soft mod, first one went perfectly. Upgraded the HDD to an 80gig in both installs... This one, after installing evox and the new HDD, everything works great, except I cannot load anything from the DVD Drive in Evox. It seems to read retail games just fine when I load up MSDash, but it says NO DISC when in Evox, or when trying to use dvd2xbox.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I swapped DVD drives from another xbox thinking maybe it was the drive itself, but the same result... will not recognize/read anything using anything but the MSdash.


Please help!!!!!!
