I have softmodded my xbox by using SC exploit with SIO 4.5: Dual Boot Open=Retail (NDURE). Using Unleash dash
But after rebooting I get an empty C-drive and there is no free space left on it! I have tried to reinstall the softmod by using AIO 3.1 to format c and copy ms dash from aio to c and softmod again. result is same as before.
I can see all the files including shadowc.img by using FTP on my PC when I use AIO to unmount the virtual C drive.
Any suggestions and ideas.

Are you using the stock drive that came with the Xbox?
If so, what size is it and what, if any, apps/games/music do you have on it?
I'm using a 250GB harddisk. I have been using AIO to reinstall the softmod and change the dash to XBMC (on E) Everthing is working fine but it's just so strange when the C is empty, atleast the virtual one.
I was planning to leave the drive as it is but when I launch Avalanch as dash it keep complaining about a full C-drive and become unworkable (as u all know the virtual C is empty but also full, no files on it but 0MB free).
I have reinstalled the softmod again w both sio and aio but problem cannot be solved. I also unmount the virtual C with aio and copy ms dash to it again but after a reboot I still got my xnmc back as dash.
Anyhow
At the end I just decide to try a dumb way ( I have a backup of my xbox prior to any softmod burned on a dvd /w xboxhdmaker, so I can always make my box working)
I format my virtual c with aio and copy original msdash back from aio. I reboot the box and get my normal xbmc dash working and my C-drive is not empty anymore and it has 129MB free. When starting Avalauch dash it will no longer complain abut a full C-drive.
I'm not sure which Dash is intended to be here, the original MSdash or a softmodded one. (Can anyone verify this.)
I don't think this is the best solution but it's workable for now. Any suggestions is welcome
