i bought a hard drive from someone with evox already loaded on it but i have a verson 1.6 xbox so the bios for exoxthat are loaded on the hard drive wont work. where do i download X2_5035.bin bios? Question Question

For starters your bios is NOT on the hdd evox is a dash and a bios but the bios is m7 and m8. Secondly if you want to put it on ur xbox you will need ur eeprom.bin (get it from using the softmod installer but just backup ur eeprom then ftp it to ur computer.) With your eeprom.bin get a copy of hdm 1.9 and put the eeprom.bin in there (if you have a file named eeprombackup.bin then rename it) chose make iso win then burn that iso file with dvd decrypter and put the hdd in ur computer (when off)and take out ur hdd then make sure u have the disc in and chose to lock the hdd from the menu i think it will ask for the command to lock it and i think its lockhd -a (not too sure tho)
