Okay, just let me say i have no clue what to do.
so far i have soldered my modchip onto the dashboard and it starts up to the cromwell flash bios 2.32 . it asks me to 'please insert cd and press button A. i am clueless!!! please help me out. thanks.

LOL...you have to flash your chip with Bios. I don't know the ver of Xbox you have but this is needed for the type of bios you want to have. LMK what ver you have and then what DVD drive you have too. _________________ The mighty V6 Passat came to chew bubble gum and kick%^* and shes all out of bubble gum!

Now wait a minute. when i bought the chip it said it was "pre-flashed, ready-to-use". do i still need to flash it? ( and the version of my xbox is 1.0)

Yes you do. The chip is preflashed with a cromwell bios thats all. You can use the Xecuter 5032 bios. _________________
