Hello, i have an xbox but im not sure if its softmod or with a modchip. Not sure how to check it. Well, my question is, if my xbox is softmodded, is there a way to reset everything? I dont mind losing my saved games or emulators and programs...I just want to reset everything

the only way i would know how to tell if its a hardmmod verse a soft, is to flip it over and see if the seals are cracked.. if they arent its defiantly a softmod but if they are cracked it could be either because the person before you could have softmodded it and then opened it up for the joy of it, so if the seals are cracked pop it open and carefully remove the hdd and dvd drive and under the dvd drive would be a chip... and for the reset it depends on hard or softmod... and whats ther reasoning for resetting? if theres a problem or something you need changed we can probably fix it here..
