hi every one i am new to all this can anyone help
my modded xbox wont work .when i turn it on it kinda crashes the slayer evox screen takes ages to come on and when the picture finally comes on the screen it wont work(nothing works)it says the cpu temp is 113 and the mb temp ius 111.dont no if this is right.i can sometimes play a copied disk, but can never get to play games from hd.i have installed slayer 2.6 it did format and reinstall but nothing works.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a chip or softmod? I would try to use AID 3.10 instead of Slayers because it is out dated.

Are you hard modded or soft modded?
Also we don't support slayers here, it's outdated and problematic. I would recommend that you download copy of AID 3.10 while you are here.

i recommend vip its very nice to have the files from aid 3 ftp'd asap and lets not forget a bunch of other stuff and once you have d/l aid burn it pop it in and change dash to unleash x very highly recommended or xbmc heck you can reformate everything and make your box very updated and new _________________ |FTP|Useful Links| softmod vs hardmod questions

thanx guys i will give vip a try now.although i think my box is dead nothing works if i put a copied game in it says contact service and if i just turn it on it takes about 5 mins to load the slayer page and then it dont work,i think i have killed it .
gonna join vip and try aid
any advise if that dont work?

It may also be worth your while to update the bios on your chip as well, as it too may be outdated/superseded. _________________

i bought this second hand it says chipped but dont no what chip .if any if i take cover off will it be on chip ,i am not really up on all this tecnology,feel a bit stupid,what is soft modded i may have been dupped.

hi guys i have had a look at mother board there is a smal;l red board saying lattice on it it is bout 2 inch by 1 inch with a flash chip and a sst chip on it ther is blue wires going from red boardL1to mother board r3g3 AND L2 ON RED BOARD TO R3G5 AND BT ON RED BOARD TO NO WHERE SPECIFIC ON MOTHER HOPE THIS IS OF SOME USE. TO ME
