I am somewhat new to softmodding. Here is what my problem is. I have a softmodded xbox with a 40 gig hard drive. I took a spare 80 gig HD and used xboxhdm to get it all ready per the instructions, then locked it as told to. I put it into my xbox and runs fine. I am able to upload games to it and such. My problem is this...... with the 80 Gig Hard drive in it, most of the game freeze at the menu screen when it says press start. It even happens when I insert a game into the dvd player. I did take the steps to copy C and E folders from the 40Gig drive to create the xboxhdm disk. Well.... as much as I could fit on a CD. After I swapped them out I then FTP'd in the rest of the stuff like AID etc etc. AID and other apps run fine it is just most of the games lock up. My xbox version is the 1.6 so chimp is of no help as I tried to telnet into it and never saw a menu. I also tried to clone via xboxhdm with no avail. Does anyone know why the games are freezing on the 80 Gig HD and not the 40 Gig HD?

That did it, Thank you greatly. Figures that would be the only thing I did not do. I even disabled the IGR and tried everything else. Thank you again, greatly appreciated.
