I have unlocked my Xbox HDD and try to connect to my PC but won't connect. I am trying to connect it so that I can save the files from the Xbox HDD into my PC HDD and then load it into my new and larger Xbox HDD. Also, trying to format the old 8gb Xbox HDD to reuse it. All Xbox HDD has been unlocked. Thanks in advance for the advise.

Is your Xbox a v1.6? If its not, rather than do that long winded process of taking it out of Xbox, putting in PC, copying off, then copying onto new HDD, you could just use a program called Chimp.

That'll copy your old drive to the new one, without having to wire it up to a pc. Then bingo, one new, larger hard drive.

Of course, that'll only work if your Xbox if currently modded. Is that the case?
