accidently formatted e along with udata and tdata still in aid 3.1! pleaase help its a mates and hes getting stressed!

Am I to assume that no backup of the E drive was put on a PC?
Since the Eeprom should still be intact, you should use something like Xboxplorer to recreate the E drives Udata and Tdata folders.
Those are used by games to store data.
Or, use Flashfxp to ftp the folder backup from your PC to the Xbox.
The loss of E won't kill the Xbox, but it does need to be reconstructed.

thanks - but cant find xbox plorer on aid 3.1 is it on aid 3? no back up on pc if i shutdown and load up 3.0 will i be able to use xboxplorer? forget that -
putting media centre on gonna boot it found box plorer gopnna try it yeh? lol problem solved dunno what i did but udat and tdata have reappered! luck of the irish man!
