I softmoded my xbox with splitercell and action reply and now I can only play games when the disk is in when I start the xbox. If I start it with no disk it locks up at the xbox logo. Also when I start it with a game and try to go on live it gives me the service error message 21. How do I get my main menu back and be able to go online again? I am a total noob and am very tech challanged as you can see from my problem. Any help would be great.

load splinter cell again, re-run the Exploit and re-install the softmod... it sounds like you never installed a dash at the end of the install...
Steps to Install:
Backup EEPROM and MSDash
Install Softmod
