Ok guys, I'm in need of some help here. I have a version 1.6 and an X3CE installed. I just did the install and I get a boot-off-boot-off-frag when the chip is enabled (quick press) but I can still boot normal with it disabled (long press). I've tried taking the whole sha-bang out and redoing the job thinking maybe I bridged a connection or had solder splash but I dont see anything. Is there something I could be missing? All of my connections look perfect so I have a hard time believing it was anything I did. Is there a dip switch setting I could have wrong? I'm lost here......and getting irritated by it.

Btw, I tried to boot it up 'enabled' with the drives out but still plugged in. The chip lights up inside so I know that it does have power (how much..I have no idea, but it powers up) I also tried the 'backup' bios double-button-push. It doesnt do anything at all, no boot, no action what so ever.

I've checked this thing atleast 5 times now. Gone over it with a fine tooth comb. What could I be missing? Is there something different on the X3CE than the X3 that would've directed me wrong in the tutorial? I checked my 5v Alt source and it is supplying 4.95 volts so that isn't the problem. I unplugged the external switch and tried it that way, still the same deal. I unplug the D0/Hd/Lan plug and the chip fails to do anything (like it is taken off the header).

Also, when I try to turn it on (enabled) the external switch indicator LED shows up as RED instead of BLUE. It shows up as RED also when I long-push (disable).
