I wrote my iso to both a cd-r and a dvd+r

I had used AID 2.0 like a year ago and just wanted to update XMBC and dvd2xbox etc.

Problem is I can not get the XBOX to boot off the cdrom / AID iso

I know my xbox reads dvd+r's cause thats what all the games are written on.

I am sure I am missing something, do I need to go into my xenium bios and boot from CDROM there? If so how do I do that?

Bob

if the disk has a default xbe then it should boot, try updating the iso wit hthe tools provided and place a 1 gig dummy file this will extend it out more on the disk and may make it read, i had to do that with a few drives i had, philips and samsung being one of them

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not sure why my cd-rw didn't work but silly me used the 1gig buffer file only and never had the program use the original Auto.Installer ISO AND the 1gig file.

Silly me. Anyways, re created the ISO w/ the 1gig file and it works just fine now.

*shakes his head and walks away*

Thanks !!!

Bob
