Yep just got my modded box and its gettin up words of 120 degrees F. Not cool i'm thinking that this is too hot. Any help would be cool.

thats normal for a xbox, but if you want to make it cooler you can go into settings and up the fan speed or you can do the 12 volt fan mod http://www.llamma.com/xbox/12V_Xbox_Fan_%20Mod.htm

Make sure both heat sinks are clamped down tightly. Too much heat over time will lossen the clamps. If you replace one make sure you use fresh dielectric grease.
