I just got a matrix mod chip and im trying to load the bios with the programmer. the thing is that it load the bios, but when i go to put in the xbox and boot it up the bios is not loading up?????? Please help!!
i had tried everything i could think of and all the other forums how to flash and install the chip

sorry its taken so long to get back to you buddy.. Well here goes..
heres a link to our tutorial section which will walk you through the process.
Its very simple once you get yuor BIOS FLASHEDyou can then download the XBOXHQ AUTO INSTALLER and it will automatically install what you want.... btw.. Just keep posting.. People sometimes miss a forum post here and there..

I had tried what you had suggested, and still no luck in. I know that the chip works i think beccause the led lights up green. HMMM tricky!!!! do you think that i might have a bad chip??

thats a possibility. I bought a few duox 2 chips that were no good recently. I have installed them before, so i know i was doing it right. hell i even tested them on a xbox that had a working duox 2 chip on it, it sux when you get a bad chip. i dont know about you but i tend to lose my temper. i wrote a looong letter to the company that i bought the chips from, and asked for an exchange or my money back.... still havent heard back from them. that was last week. any how.... hopefully that isnt the case for you. if it is, try to stay cool and dont call the supplier a money grubbing buttfucking peice of shit.
in retrospect... i think that was a bad move on my behalf. Hopefully i'll still hear back from them and get my little problem squared away. meanwhile, i have $124 of worthless chips. _________________ XBOX360

I had swapped out the chips with another xbox that i have installed with a xenium ice chip, still doesn't work. Then i had tried a couple of other things but then i got pissed off and smashed that piece of shit. Oh well I should of stuck with the Xenium chips. Thanks Guy'z for your help

It's a shame you didn't get it rolling. You just gave yourself good advice though. If it aint broke, dont fix it!! I too will be sticking to Xenium chips, for the most part. Only if a client insists on a different chip, but I just love the fact that I have installed dozens of Xeniums with no issues.

I just got the Xenium chip today finally after about a week and a half. The copany that i ordered it from had no communication what so ever, emailed them like 10 times no response shit heads.

Also, about bmmods I have never waited more than 3 to 4 business days to receive my chip. I did a two day delivery for Tweaked since I saved 5% on the order. I should have his chip on Monday. Hopefully, newegg.com will also be on the ball and I can boast their service down the road. They have been a little inconsistent with their shipments, but nothing to really cry about. I like FEDEX better than UPS and that's who newegg uses. FEDEX will not deliver without a signature, friggin UPS has left packages on my porch with no signature. Luckily, I live in a nice area and have an assistant district attorney as one neighbor and a detective for the DA's office on the other side!! Bmmods also gives you emails out the wazoo in regard to your order. Very professional, very trustworthy.

No problem bud. I just saw that BMmods is rated through reseller.com. That might be a good idea for all of us to see if the vendor we are using utilizes a second party like that where people can rate their service. Not sure how many modding vendors use it, but I'll see if I can compile a list.
