Ok well the first thing that strikes me is that you have 2 Ethernet adapters, try disabling one of them and use the other one to connect. That usually solves a lot of problems when it comes to networking with windows, windows doesn’t seem to like more then one of the same type of device.
Oh, and upon closer inspection I also notice that your “EZ Connect USB to dual speed Ethernet…” adapter has the SAME IP as your xbox, so my suggestion is to disable that one for the time being, or change the IP of your xbox, and try to ftp again.
And lastly, I know is kinda dumb, but it should be mentioned - sometimes people forget... make sure that FTP is ENABLED on your xbox

HI thanks for responce.
I did not say at 1 st.
I can FTP MY xbox with an ether net cable pluged into router, no problem, but would rather use cross cable as it saves unpluging it all the time.
Thats why I know it is in ftp mode.

also tried changing your IP adress of the XBOX...
cause it ain't gonna work if you use 2 identical IP adresses for 2 different nics (1 being your PC and 1 being your xbox)
