just remove the circuit board from the face plate, it would either be clipped in or screwed in.

divineo, its a blue case

When i was putting that circuit adaptor in, a piece just broke off. The good news is it was a part of the front panel holding the circuit adaptor in, i put the case on and everything, except i still want to put the dvd drive parts on, let me see if i can get a pic.

5 pieces total: the top/side cover, front cover, DVD bezel and 2 pieces for the DVD tray.

so yes its to make it so you can see the dvd spin.

the dvd drive has to be typically taken apart, if you know what dvd drive you have it would make it easier.

ok I see the dvd tray bezel, which is on the front there and the other 2 there is for the dvd as well to make it see thru, the fun part is you have to dismantle it a little, mainly take off the top cover of the dvd drive. Which should not be complicated.

Yeah but how, because the gray layer covering the dvd seems to be on pretty tight.

you just need to remove the screws and just take it off, dont pry it to pieces lol, you just need to take the cover off and the bezel if you look underneath, you should see the tabs, you just pull out and up and it should slide off.
