So I used this site b4 to do my first softmod about a year ago on my own xbox and it worked great . So thanks so much to pirrup, DJB and everyone else for your posting.
I am now attempting to do the same to my buddies xbox. Using action replay and James Bond 007, I was able to get SID 3.0 on there and then went about installing a few dashboards with AID 3.0. Ftp'd to it and backed up the eeprom, C & E and then loaded those along with the eeprom.bin using xboxhdm 1.9. Everything went fine, locked it up and switched the old 8GB with the new 300GB. I boot the xbox up and all I get is the MS dash comming up (even with the AID boot CD in the drive). Before I screw something up I was wondering the following:
Do I need to run the 007 hack again and load SID again?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Don't know if this will help but when i changed mine i had to resoftmod mine but that eas with SID 4.5..... _________________
