Can a external usb hdd or flashdrive be used as a secondary storage device ? Does the xbox detect it if it is plug and play? Or are drivers required or something? 1 more question.. i have a broken xbox controller can someone help me make it a usb connector?

You can use any USB device as long as it is supported by the xbox software.
