I was able to softmod my xbox using SID, and now I'm trying to put in a larger hard drive instead of the original xbox one. I followed the directions found here http://xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-185.html and I'm having issues. The first time I tried to do it, everything was seemingly going as it should and when I went to put the new hard drive the xbox gave me an error. It doesnt say an error code either, it just says the call customer support thing. So I tried to do the xbox hd maker again, and this time it wont let me go to lock it as the last step of that tutorial says to do. I know very little about xbox modding and am looking for help.

No it isn't telling me that the drive is frozen. It brings up the scripts like it normally would to go to the lock/unlock thing, and then it just stops. Where is the HDD compatiblity list?
I looked on the list and it said that my hard drive should work. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

So I gave up trying to do the ftp thing, and I'm trying to use chimp instead. Now when I get in to the chimp list, do I want to do every step 1-6? And I would only assume that I do them in order. Or do I just want to clone the drive and then lock it.
