Ive a hard modded xbox. Im thinking of buying another one and softmodding it, and then installing Windows. If i do this could i be able to use that xbox to write homebrew and then ftp it to my hardmodded xbox?? P.S if this is a stupid question sorry im a noob.

you cannot write homebrew like that, you would have to have a XDK in order to do that, and software on your computer _________________

To elaborate a bit more, you'd have to flash one of the banks on your chip with the Debug Bios, get the XDK Software from Microsoft (Xbox Development Kit, which we cannot help you obtain, sorry.) and also get Microsoft Visual Studio to allow the PC and Xbox to communicate. There are tutorials all over the web on how to do this, and the hardest part initially is getting the XDK from M$ and installing/setting up everything.
Once again, other than asking microsoft, please do not ask us how to obtain the XDK. We cannot, and will not show you, or get you the software. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
