Hi Ive got an xbox v1.4 with the phillips drive and the aladin ex chip. Ive downloaded super mario war and made an iso of it. Can I just burn this to a blank disc and play it? Also my drive read cdr before it was chipped. Does that mean i can use cdrs to play homebrew, emulators and things like that. If i need to do anything else to play it can u tell me how to do it on mac osx p.s cdrw also worked before.havent tested anything else

Yeah it seems like a small file ive only got the stock hardrive in my box cos i only bought it 2 weeks ago. Where in the hard drive do i ftp it to?? Anyone know if it would work on a blank disc because id prefer that. Also do you know of any good deals on hard drives. I'm looking for about 80 gigabytes.

You would ftp it to your E/Games folder, it wont work on a disk, if the game is small enough it will go on your xbox. Most Homebrew isnt designed to run from a disk. _________________

No you cant ftp with your xbox directly from xbins, you have to use your PC for that. Heres the xbins faq to answer your questions. http://www.xbins.org/faq.php _________________

Ok all i want to do is get Snes 9x to recognize my games. Its installed but has no game files. How do i get it to read from a location other than F:/Roms. Preferably without having to FTP.
