Okay, I got everything installed and my Xecuter 3 flashed with 3294 bios. I know it's flashing orange when it gets to "Xecuter Rocks my Box"....which means that there is splash damage or overheating....is there anything I can do to get it to work properly and go to the X3 Config Live screen or to M$ Dashboard. Thanks

I would remove the chip. Clean the area up and resolder. Remember that you HAVE to be careful when soldering, one mistake can kill your xbox. Use chemwik to remove the solder, then do it again. _________________

I would try reflashing chip.
Of course make sure the chip is seated correctly. Even maybe try a bios from a different source, unless you got it from a known good souce like AID or our downloads.
To reflash the bank that you arleady used, simply turn your Xbox on using both eject and power buttons. Hold them in until the Xbox boots. Your X on the chip will turn purple/pinkish and you will get a flash bios screen. This is your backup bank.
Simply put the bios bank switches in the same position that you originally flashed the bank in and reflash. You will overwrite the previous flash.
Let us know if you get any joy. _________________ Xbox 1.4

Did what ya said and still same cR@p with the Orange flashing around the eject button...I tried many times over. I don't see any damage on the motherboard. Do you think it is a bad chip or do I need to just solder instead of solderless adapter.?

What puzzles me is, you got to actually flash your chip which leads me to believe the chip was most likely okay.
I would have thought that if your chip install was poor, you wouldnt' have gotten flash bios. If it was an overheat issue, it would screw up all the time.
As far as splash damage...obviously you can't have that since you have a solderless install
If you are getting all indications that your adapter is connected fine, then possibly I would try another chip.
Contact the chip suppliers support. Usually, most chip suppliers have heard of every and any bug issues and may immediatly know if it's a bum chip or not.
If you have tried a known good bios and are still getting the issue, then I would have to say you have only three options. Bad chip, bad solderless adapter, damaged motherboard. _________________ Xbox 1.4

Have you tried reinstalling the solderless adapter? Do all the lights on the adapter light up? try powering the adapter with no chip attached, and you should get an LED light up for each pogo pin. Is that the case? _________________ Hotswap|HDD Upgrade|X3 Guide
