My xbox want make it past the xbox logo I can't access my dashboard an I try booting Evolutionx V1.8.458 disc it works but when I select MS Dashboard its says Error code 21 what should I do ?

You'll probably need to resoftmod. Do you have the AID disc? If you do, follow these:

Put AID in.
Power off xbox
Power on xbox
When AID boots, format C:**DON"T POWER OFF'**
Install MSdash 5960**DON"T POWER OFF'**
Backup eeprom**DON"T POWER OFF'**
Backup msdash**DON"T POWER OFF'**
From tools, install 4.5 nkave softmod.

That should correct that issue and upgrade you to 4.5
