If your looking for an xecuter bios editor, you can use xbtools, which comes as part of the xbox-hq essentials pack

skins for what? XBtools? I don't think you can skin xbtools.

Or are you talking about skins for a bios itself?

The x2 doesn't give you any sort of live config, does it? I don't understand how you could skin that.
