Ok, i've heard of slayers installer which you are supposed to be able to boot from a cd-r or a dvd-r, correct. Well if so how do I burn slayers as an image file which can be booted in the box.
Heres why, I installed the linux profile for splinter cell and used SID 4 for the unleash and what not. Well I deleted the wrong file and then tried to replace it with the MS stuff. I rebooted and I got the error code, I think 13 or so. Now I need to get my MS dashboard back, this is only a problem because I cant access my memory. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Just go to slayers official site.... Then read in the forums and you will learn how to get slayers auto installer. The slayer disc should come with instructions on how to burn it.
Do you have any burnt games that you could play before? If so try playing it, just to make sure your soft mod still works.
There is another disc called AID (Auto Installer Deluxe) you can try that one out if you can't get it to work with slayers.
Make sure that the slayer disc (or AID disc) is up to date.
Do you still have the Save Files on the HardDrive? If so just insert whatever game you used, follow the steps to get to the SID menu, then try installing UnleashedX again.
Hopefully you can fix it.

Slayers is shit. Sorry, but it's true. It's dead, old, and uses EvoX which is also a dead dashboard. Head over to http://www.aideluxe.com and download AID from the downloads section (torrent only, sorry, unless you're VIP, then you can download it super fast from the VIP downloads section here).
But, if you have an error 13, AID will most likely not boot. Download AID and try to coldboot it (pop the game disc in, power off the system, then turn it on with the power button) if it loads, you're good. But if not, try cold booting your original Softmod game (007:AUF, Mechassault, or Splinter Cell) then rerun the exploit. If you can't coldboot the game, then your only option is to hotswap. If you have to do that, search the tutorials section for a hotswap tut by "pirrup". _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
