ok a friend gave me a softmodded xbox for free only catch is that it has the error code 16 i dont have a chipped box to fix it the way the error codes explained sticky says so i was wondering will the hotswap fix my problem

Hotswap wont fix error 16, a mod chip will, the clock batterys are dead, so its clock error that is causing that. _________________

so the only way is to buy a chip and install it if so whats the best chip for the right price and the easiest to install

what version of xbox?
something solderless is easy, and Xecuter is always a good choice, depend show much you want to spend though.
It depends on what you want to spend, the cheaper you go the less the quality of the mod chip you get. _________________

im thinking the executer 2 ce or something like that but i also need the solderless adapter so thats why im not going with the 3 next question where can i get the latest executer bios to flash
