Ok, after researching what i was doing for awhile i bought a solderless SpiderGx modchip. i have installed every part, (it might not be correct, i dont know). Sometimes when i boot my xbox the blue light is on and sometimes its not. Its on for the external thing, spiderwire pcb, and modchip, like it should do. The problem is whenever i boot up my xbox and the modchip is blue, the system reboots 3 times. then, the systems power button flashes red and green after 3 reboot. What do i do? I have tried a lot of different stuff and it wont seem to work.

most likely, it would be a problem with the placement of the d0 lead from the solderless adapter. Check the placement and try booting again. _________________

Since ive been having a helluva lotta trouble with this stupid modchip, yes, i will return it. To those people who are thinking about buying a spidergx, please dont buy one or you will waste money and hours of time on the internet looking for answeres like me...

I would never suggest anyone to get a spider chip. there are much better chips out there. hopefully the shop you bought it from would exchange it for a better quality chip. _________________
