I hope someone can solve this problem for me . I softmodded my xbox using ndure v2 007 exploit . all has been fine for months , then I noticed 2 days ago GTA wasn't saving , looked into it and I have no write access to drive E . I can't delete or write anything to the drive , with either xbmc , msdash or via ftp . I can't remove the softmod either it just freezes the xbox . Any ideas why this should just happen ?
Btw I haven't recently made any changes to the xbox .

Make sure you have enough space left to save. If so, then just try deleting some stuff you don't need(but be careful). Never heard of this happening, unless your using Unleash and you have F drive enabled. Might be it as well. _________________ Moddingbandit

I have plenty of space on E , can't delete anything , thats part of the problem , I do have unleash X and I did have F enabled but as far as i can remember it always has been . Have tried disabling F but no change still no write access . This is getting very frustrating .

try formating your E, with AID, and to ftp your xbox to delete the files you dont want.

I too am experiencing this weird problem... if I FTP to the drive I am fine, but for some reason when I use AID it will not install anything... I am going to reformat everything and start fresh and hopefully no problems...

I never used AID to install the softmod I used Krayzie 007 Ndure Installer .
I have no write Access through ftp or any xbox apps ( so i can't delete anything )
I can't make any changes that involve the E drive because nothing will save to the Drive . If I format the F drive I will loose the softmod and all the files on the drive , thats if the format works . That would surely leave me with an xbox that wont boot .
Might it be easier to rebuild the drive from scratch .
Btw this problem appeared over night .

truthfuly ive never ecounter that problem ever. i guess your best bet it to restore everything and start over from scratch. try using SID 2.0, ive always used that it it seems to work perferect for me everytime. you really dont need anything better unless your planning to use xb live
