hey guys, im new but been browsing the forum for a while now.
I decided to softmod my xbox 2day, all went well... It was goin freat had it all working. I then FTPd to my comp, all brilliant, was editing all the folders on the partitions. I was doin this for a few hours all perfect uptill the next bit.
I accidentally deleted some files from E drive! Shit i though, i'll run a restore. So i went to the softmod menu, restore edirve... so it deleted all of e drive to restore, but i had no back up on the xbox!
Then! i did the same with C drive!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DID I DO IT?!?!?!
Now im gettin the message i need a service etc!!!
Please help... How do i get C and E back on the xbox?
I have a full back up on my computer, i just cant get ftp to work anymore!
Please help me, ur my only hope, i cant think what else to do......

You'll have to hotswap. Look up pirrup for the tutorial and files. Your box will be good as new when your finished. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

You could always just install a temp chip and use an installer to do the trick as well. I always keep a solderless solution laying around in case one of my buds messes up their softmod in some way.
Personally, I have never softmodded. I have always used a chip.
Unfortunately, you still need torx drivers...lol.
