What do I need to do to swap 2 factory hard drives from one xbox to another. Do I need to know the version and do you have to have a modded xbox to do it. Thanks Stratus

Are these both retail xbox harddrives? Or just harddrive upgrades your going to be doing? And yes both xboxes have to be modded and it isnt as simple as just taking a harddrive and droping it into another xbox, you have to get the eeproms from both xboxes and you have to unlock both and take the eeprom for that xbox and lock it. _________________

Yes, they are both retail Xboxes and harddrives. I have two modded Xboxs. Could I use one of them to make the factory drive work with a different Xbox? I am not trying to upgrade the drive, just swap one to the other without doing any hard mod to them.
