xecuter 3 installed, all ok but my pads don't work!
I can't flash bios becouse pads don't work in executor menu.Help pleace!

You need older Official Microsoft Controllers, no aftermarket, and some of the newer S-Types, don't work.

This is a nasty problem with their bios, also only standard A/V cables work as well.

So try and find the oldest controller you can.
