Hi everyone.
I recently got an xbox and a 300gb hard drive. I have it softmodded with the current stock drive, but I want to upgrade. The tutorial I read says I need a copy of my eeprom.bin that I was supposed to have made before I softmodded by xbox (this is for xboxhdm).
The problem is I never made the eeprom.bin backup? Is there anything I can do to make a working one now? Or some way to sidestep this?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I'm really stuck on this.

You can back up the eeprom from the system menu of evox or with config magic. Look for the eeprom file in the e: partition once you have made the back up. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

what dashboard you have? reason why i say that is because you did not mention what dash you used or what softmod installer. on evo-x it has the option to back up eeprom as dangermouse said so . but we dont know what dash you have. i would not mess with configmagic if i were you . hey just out of curiostiy have you been to xbox live on that stock drive before? if not then mod it with sid 4.5 and put dual boot=retail so that you can use xbox live with that 300gb and no ban ! no bs .... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
